To execute lease deed after expiate of due date of an institutional plot, penalty in the following manner —

• The due date to execute lease deed is 30 days form the date of issuance of check List.
• After expiry of the due date of the lease deed, on depositing an amount equivalent to annual lease rent for the current year permission to execute lease deed shall be garneted.
• Time extension for the second year will be provided on depositing penalty equivalent to 1.5 times of the annual lease rent.
